If there is one thing we love at Vintage Kraft, it’s a sport wagon, particularly of the three-pedal variety. Up for sale is a 2004 VW Passat W8 Wagon with a 6-speed manual. Although admittedly not vintage, it is still very cool, unique, and rare.
This is a proper grocery getter that packs a lot of versatility, performance, and style. The owner claims the car runs, drives, and shifts perfectly. It supposedly drives like new and comes with all service records since new, including the original window sticker. Woot!
Model: Passat W8 Wagon
Engine: 4.0 W8
Transmission: 6-speed manual
Mileage: 80,000 miles
This car is perfect and drives like new. I have all service records back to original window sticker. I am the second owner. Just had 80K service performed at University Volkswagen in Seattle, WA. Oil changed every 5K with full synthetic, all service done at dealer and Addict Motorsport Design (Audi/VW Shop). Four wheel alignment performed at Tru-line in Seattle in 2012. Cam adjusters were addressed at 50K. Clutch is in excellent condition.
Paint is in great shape, minor chips on hood from driving. Sides, back, and roof in perfect shape. Just had rear bumper repainted (parking scratches) and polished the xenon headlight covers. Interior is in perfect condition. I have original manuals, and two flip keys (did not have valet key when I purchased it). Original BBS wheels have some curb rash, but are true with nice centers. Pirelli Neros on all four corners.
Has all original sport package features:
- BBS Wheels
- Sport Suspension
- 6 Speed Manual
- Also installed/included:
- IPOD adapter
- Aero Rear Wiper
- Monster Mats
- Gorilla Gear Trunk Liner
- Bentley Service Manuals (Brand New).
All electronics including MFD are in perfect working order. Cruises at 80mph with no problem. This is by far one of the best German Wagons ever designed. 4.0 W8, 6 speed manual, 4 wheel drive. Hauls cargo, and hauls ass! Car is located in Seattle and I have the title in hand.
