Cafe bikes never go out of style, especially those built off of a Honda platform. Although CBs are all the rage, ChrisUniqueCycles in New Jersey has strayed from the beaten path and built this awesome cafe off of a direct-drive CX500C, traditionally the ugly step-sister to the CB bikes. Over six months went into this resto mod including a bare-frame respray, low-mileage engine, and numerous mechanical refreshes. Check it out.
